Debarment may occur, by the federal government or the state, when there is evidence of improper conduct, including, but not limited to, fraud, collusion, attempts to improperly influence a bid process or indictment by the bidder/contractor. – Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance

The following companies and/or individuals are currently barred from bidding on public construction jobs in Massachusetts, by order of Massachusetts Attorney Maura Healey, as of June 24, 2022:

  1. Gonza Construction, Inc. of 1486 Main Street, Unit D, Worcester MA and its owner, Jose J. Gonzalez, are debarred pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149, § 27C beginning May 3, 2022 through May 2, 2023.

  1. Inka Drywall, Inc. of 61 Jackson Street, Manchester, NH and its owner, Michael Vasquez Panta, are debarred pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149, § 27C beginning April, 2 2022 through April 1, 2023.
  2. J. Donlon and Sons, of 86 Cross Street, Winchester, MA and its owners, are debarred pursuant to settlement agreement beginning July 10, 2018 through July 9, 2028.
  3. J. Kerrissey, LLC  of 20 Sunrise Avenue, Plymouth, MA 02360 and Joseph B. Kerrissey, III , its owner, are debarred pursuant to criminal conviction/sentence, beginning June 5, 2018 through June 4, 2023.
